2021 6’1 Jaylan Caston (North Pike)

Caston is a smooth guard who gets to his spots and makes you pay. He has a nice handle and attacks the basket relentlessly. He has no problem running through screens to keep up with his man and make sure they don’t score. Look for him to have a big season at North Pike.

2024 5’7 Cooper Kennedy (Laurel Christian)

Kennedy was game all day. He didn’t back down even though he was one of the smallest guards in the gym. He has some sauce to his game and can make you pay with his NBA range. On top of all of this, he has a great feel for the game. Expect good things as he continues to grow and develop.

2022 5’7 Alfred Love (Kemper County)

Love was another one that competed at a high level despite his size. He stepped up and guarded all the big guys and even handed out a few buckets. He can run the PG spot effectively and always looks to make the right play.
