We Got Game Tidal Wave Top 40 Team 1

WGG Tidal Wave Top 40

Team 1

Olive Branch (MS) 2024 6’ Jaylyn Tyler

Tyler came in doing what he does best and that’s scoring points in bunches. It’s hard not to notice him when he’s on the floor because he has a nonstop motor and competes on both ends. He has great pace and a really quick first step that he uses to blow by guys. When Tyler gets hot he can fill up the stat sheet in a hurry. One part of his game that we’ve seen mature is his ability to get others involved. He had multiple assist every game and set teammates up for easy baskets. He will be one to watch this year as he returns as Olive Branch’s leading scorer.

St. Patrick (MS) 2024 6’1 Matthew Krass

Matthew was one that we heard about prior to the camp. He’s the younger brother of Ole Miss commit Nick Krass. Matthew is a true PG and a very good one. He has a tight handle and he’s very shifty. He really impressed everyone with his ability to distribute the ball and knock down shots at a high rate. With the 2024 class loaded with guards Krass is one of the best we have seen.

West Point (MS) 2025 6’ Tallie Webber

Webber was one of the best shooters we saw on the day. He was able to knock down shots off the catch and off the dribble. He scored from the midrange and also knocked down a few NBA range 3 balls. His production didn’t stop there as he did a great job of setting up his teammates for buckets as well. Look for him to be a key player for West Point this season

Starkville (MS) 2022 6’4 Senavion Roby

Roby is one that brings tons of energy and hustle. He did a little bit of eveything on the day. He attacked the basket strong, finishing through contact at will. He was a high-level rebounder and a shot maker. Look for Roby to be a key piece for Starkville this season.

Columbus (MS) 2024 6’2 Jayden Tatum

Jayden is a player that has been on our radar since last season. He’s a skilled 2/3 man, that can really shoot the ball. He showed the ability to get to his spots and make the defense pay. He uses his size well and takes advantage of mismatches every chance he gets. We can look for Tatum to be a big part of Columbus success this season and moving forward.

Madison Central (MS) 2025 6’5 JP Baldwin

Baldwin stands at a legit 6’5 and is still growing. He showed that he can really shoot the ball and works hard whenever he finds himself around the basket. With him being one of the taller players at the camp he found himself matched up with older guys and having to bang around in the paint. Natural he plays the 2 or 3 and has great size for this position. It will be interesting to see how JP progresses this season.

St. Patrick (MS) 2023 6’7 Beau Muller

Beu was one of the few true Post guys that was present at the camp. He did damage around the rim with his soft touch and great footwork. Muller does a great job of getting into position for rebounds and he does that at a good rate. With the talented guards that St. Patrick have it will be a sight to see if they can master the pick and roll game for Beu.

West Point (MS) 2022 6’1 Lebron Lewis

Lewis is another 3 year camp attendee. He’s made big strides every year and this year it all came together. He shot the ball extremely well from 3 and found himself at the bakset often converting lay ups. He played good defense and also rebounded the ball well on the day. With West Point being extremely young Lewis will need to be big for them.

West Jones (MS) 2022 5’11  Rylee Cormier

Cormier was another player that shot the ball well on the day. He was a shot maker and played the game the right way. He knew how to get to his spots and was always ready to make a play when the ball came his way. Cormier will be a key piece for West Jones this season.

Winoa (MS) 2022 6’2 Clifford Lee

Lee was one of the best on ball defenders at the event. He did a great job at hounding ball handlers and causing disruption all day long. Offensively he was able to make shots and finish around the rim. Clifford will be a big part of Coach Rugley’s Winoa team this season.
